Employers and community members
The University of Victoria will be closed from Wednesday, 25 December 2025, re-opening on Thursday, 2 January 2026. New employer registrations will not be processed during this period.
Employers with existing accounts: you can still log into the Co-op and Career Portal during this period to create or review job postings and applications, but new postings, interview requests, job offers, etc. will not be processed. When the university re-opens requests will be processed in the order they have been received; we appreciate your patience as we work through the backlog. Happy holidays, and we look forward to working with you in 2026!

An employer account is for employers that are recruiting on behalf of a company or organization.
New community members:

A Community member account is for individuals that are looking for help around the home, a tutor, or other casual work
